5 Introducing Hyper-G

Frank Kappe

The purpose of this chapter is to give the reader a quick first impression of what is possible with Hyper-G, both in terms of typical applications and features of the Hyper-G software. Instead of lengthy explanations we will use a set of screen shots from actual Hyper-G applications to show most of the features as well. The in-depth description of the concepts behind Hyper-G, the goodies found in the software, and how they can be used to create interesting applications are, of course, contained in the remaining chapters of this book.
