Abstract:
This paper gives a short description of a working prototype
of an intelligent background knowledge broker as an enhancement module
of the Web base training system GENTLE [Maurer and
Dietinger 97a, Dietinger and Maurer 98a]. The dynamic
and the static library represent a most relevant knowledge repository,
which is automatically enlarged and improved by the users themselves according
to their needs. The gained relevant information is used to improve the
learning process and to support the courseware authoring.
