The LIBERATION project mentioned is part of the Telematics Application Library sector within the Fourth Framework Program of the European Community (1995-1998). LIBERATION stands for LIBraries: Electronic Remote Access To Information Over Networks. Two journals (J.UCS by Springer and J.NCA by Academic Press) and some 40 books, plus some courseware, will be made available on Hyper-G servers as part of this project.
