27.5 Organizing a courseware library with the help of Hyper-G

The previous sections of this chapter mainly focused on designing multimedia applications using HM-Card. Applications may range from simple slide-shows and interactive presentations to complex interactive courseware material. This section describes the possibility of creating a worldwide network of large courseware repositories using HM-Card modules.

The Web has revealed tremendous potential for transporting information. However, complex animations or user-input analysis are difficult to implement using current formats of representing information. This complicates the straightforward production and dissemination of high-quality courseware material.

The powerful design strategies and the rich set of objects allow HM-Card to produce powerful and compact courseware material.
