Electronic publishing covers a wide range of knowledge in different areas. If you want to know more about data formats, further interesting literature is [ISO(1986)] and [Berners-Lee and Conolly(1993)] about SGML and HTML and [Adobe Systems Inc.(1990)] and [Adobe Systems Inc.(1993)] about PostScript and PDF respectively. [Nielsen(1995)] gives a good survey of multimedia and hypertext and a description of the PC-Library can be found in [Maurer et al.(1994c)]. Other aspects of digital libraries are covered by [Maurer and Lennon(1995)] and [Marchionini and Maurer(1995)]. Last but not least, journals and books published with Hyper-G, including J.UCS, can be found in the IICM Electronic Library (http://hyperg.iicm.tu-graz.ac.at).
