2.2.3.2 HM-Card

 Another hypermedia authoring tool I want to mention is HM-Card [MS96]. HM-Card is a PC-based hypermedia and multimedia authoring system. It consists of three main software components which enable authors to create various interactive multimedia applications which may range from simple interactive kiosk-type presentations to complex computer assisted instruction material [Mau96a].

Presentations authored by HM-Card can be integrated into Hyperwave or the World Wide Web. This means that you can use CAI lectures produced by HM-Card without installing any additional software if you have a Java enabled WWW browser installed on you system.
